here are my current commission listings that i currently offer!
these are subject to change / some may not be open for options. feel free to ask about anything!

TERMS OF SERVICE — GENERAL

by commissioning me you've agreed to the terms listed below!

I. GENERAL

- i have the right to deny or cancel a commission at any time for any given reason- any and all commissions should be credited under khozyechna on toyhouse. if you need a code, don't be scared to ask! i have a ton- do not remove my watermark- minor tweaks are allowed, but do not heavily alter my artwork

II. PAYMENT

- payment is usually taken after sketch.- payment is made through paypal, ko-fi, or cashapp.- refunds will only be issues if it has been 3 or more months with no update, or i wish to cancel the commission for any given reason- if, for any reason, you absolutely must cancel the commission, a kill fee of 30% will be applied for the sketch if it's been started.- refunds will not be issued after lineart has started.

III. PROCESS

- commissions are typically worked on immediately after order, but CAN take a few months depending on my mental health. you are free to cancel at any time before sketching has started, i don't take it personally!- an initial sketch will be sent, where corrections can be made with no issue- after payment, i will begin lineart and then colouring. this typically only takes a day or two after payment.- once the final piece is sent, 1-2 corrections will be made until i apply a fee. [missing parts of the design does not count]

IV. BLACKLIST

- my user 'blacklist' is not public. do not ask for it.- if you are blocked, you are blacklisted, simple as that- any attempts to commission something for a blacklisted user will immediately result in a block- blacklisted fandoms: dandy's world, hazbin hotel / helluva boss, mcyt [some exceptions]

V. USAGE

- my commissions are for personal use only.- art commissioned may be used how you like [profile pictures, backgrounds, etc]- my art may not be ran through or trained off of ai generators

TERMS OF SERVICE — DESIGNS

by commissioning me you've agreed to the terms listed below!
note that these are specifically for cbc customs,
as i don't do standard customs.

I. GENERAL

- when ordering a cbc custom, please provide a clear reference of the character you would like, along with any important design notes- any specific design requests, such as top surgery scars, self harm scars, etc are fine to ask for! please just make sure to note it down!- all customs, feral or anthro, will come with a clothed and unclothed version. you can request a clothed only custom or naked, just tell me!- extra outfits will have an extra fee, along with complex outfits [such as hoyoverse designs]- i have no issue designing multiple of one character!- all of my designs should be uploaded to toyhouse and credited under my username, khozyechna

II. PROCESS

- once the initial sketch is sent, you are free to ask for any changes / alterations with no charge. tell me what you want!- after payment, i will begin lineart and then colouring. this typically only takes a day or two after payment.- a general colour mockup will be sent and i will ask if it looks okay, once given the go-ahead i will finish and send you your custom

III. REDESIGNS

- after receiving one of my designs, you are free to do whatever you would like with them design-wise, whether it be removed from a species or entirely redesigned, i don't mind!- all i ask is the original design have it's own tab / section so it isn't lost. the tab / image can be hidden!

IV. IMPORTANT

- as per toyhouse rules, cbcs should not be listed publicly unless they follow the rules. [see toyhouse rule 5.1]- they should be listed under authorization only and it is not my problem if the custom i made is taken down.- you are free to reupload it and re-credit me! i don't mind!!
